Ming Xiang Tai started in the year 1979, by just selling egg tart in trishaw at Kampar. Look at how he has transformed into having 3 outlets in Penang: Burmah Road (Main), Armenian Street and this one at Suntech. Their signature egg tart is the one that you shall not miss. They do selling other pastries ranging from Tau Sah piah, Char Siew Pao, homemade bean curd, coffee to wedding and fullmoon set service.
I was lucky to witness this freshly make big Chinese Birthday Bun. Smoking hot~
Egg tart (RM 1.60) is the choice that I would never miss on my every visit. Delectable and smooth custard with thin and flaky crust. One piece just always not enough. This can serve as the best souvenir from Penang if you have bored of Tau Sah Piah.
Golden piece of Char Siew Pao (RM 1.60) barely impressed me after I have tried the Seremban one at Kee Mei which is just across the street. You may refer here.
