Carnavon street, has one of the best fried oyster in Penang. This fantastic omelette is handed down from the chef's father and has been in Penang for at least 50 years. They are hidden in the old shop at the corner, which is at the end of Lebuh Kimberly. They operates in the golden hour of 1.30pm until 5.30pm, the ideal place for you to grab your snack during the window of lunch and dinner.
I enjoyed their fried oyster (RM 10) very much because it is superb crunchy, not like the usual sticky starchy kind. It taste even better by pouring their chili sauce all over the omelette. Added mark given for their fat and juicy fresh oyster. The price ranging from RM 10 to RM 30 in the step of RM 5.
