Wantan Mee has always been my favorite, the opening of Wantan Mee House last year has definitely caught my eyes. From my research on the internet, they seem have been serving the neighborhoods for quite some time, just recently moved out from Swee Kong Coffee Shop into having their own shop. Â They are popular with their signature starchy gravy version Wantan Mee. The interior was simple, clean with old town coffee shop setting. Its an ideal place to grab your quick meal here.
Wantan Mee (RM 4) was more like the combination of wantan mee with the starchy Loh from Char Hor Fun. Al dante noodle with wantan, char siew, choy sum and mushroom. Pickled green chilies gave it an extra sour touch.
In comparison with their signature Wantan Mee, we find their Char Hor Fun (RM 4) more impressive. Most probably due to the wok hei harbouring in the flat rice noodle. The ingredients is almost the same like wantan mee, thus don't be surprised to find wantan included.
