On of the Hillside's trademark would be Ah Soon Char Koay Teow. Their stall used to be at Huat Seng Coffee Shop but then they have moved to the shop at three doors away, named Ah Soon Hillside Cafe. Ample dining spaces in the cafe just to cater their CKT fans. While waiting our CKT to be served, we noticed a lot of patron from the neighborhood drop by to take away. We guess this could be one of their top choice of meal as lunch.
Steaming hot CKT (RM 4.50), came with shiny looking koay teow looks so intriguing. Fresh bean sprout and prawn with chives, Chinese sausage and cockles were added. Not to forget lard which is the key ingredients of CKT. As usual, we always request for extra spicy.

If you are opting for something less oily, go for their Koay Teow Th'ng. We were too full to try out that day, shall try it the next time we visit.
