If you have been following our blog, you may read about our high tea dining experience at buffet few days ago. Here I am again for the free dinner as part of my team building event. Evergreen's buffet dinner theme differ depending on the night you dine in. I went on Wednesday, so it is Fusion & International Buffet Dinner.(Check out what kind of buffet dinner Evergreen offers from the list at the end of this post) I am sorry to tell you that the types of cuisine offered were still the same like high tea: Malaysian, Western, Japanese and dessert. However, the dishes offered were different except for Japanese food corner and Salad Bar. Western and Malaysian corner were averagely good to my liking, just that I wish there were more choices on the main course. My favorite was the tempura corner and their mango lassi. This round, Mystery Man wasn't there to share the dessert with me so I just try a few of them. I can tell that the cakes as good as you can find during their high tea session.
