Penang is set to offer more attractions to visit at The TOP Penang with the launching of both The TOP Boutique Aquarium and Penang Central Market by the Chief Minister of Penang, YAB Lim Guan Eng on 11 February 2018.
Boutique Aquarium
Spanning across 30,000 square feet, the TOP boutique aquarium hosts up to 100 fish tanks with more than 150 different species of marine and freshwater fish in the aquarium. One of the highlight here would be the big Amazonian Arapaima fish - the biggest freshwater fish in the world that would leave your eyes gazing it.
Apart from that, visitors can engage in interactive activities such as playing and touching starfish and feeding the Koi Carp Fish with aquarist during feeding time.

In Penang Central Market, visitors get to experience all of Penang under one roof, from the food to the culutre and history. There are:
- Market Food Street - a place where you can enjoy street food all around Malaysia
- Durian the King of Fruits Musuem - Detailing durian from its history to the growing process
- Penang State Gallery - A one stop centre for you to learn anything and everything about Penang and purchase special souvenirs unique to the state
Tan Sri Richard Koh, CEO of One World Group also mentioned about the possibility of opening a Ripley's Believe It or Not Musuem at The TOP Komtar in near future.
