Ehh, how come Saturday evening in Lexis Suites Penang gets so different with the appearance of so many woks?
This is because
Hot Wok Seafood Buffet Dinner is happening every Saturday from 6.30pm to 10.00pm. It features an array of fresh seafood, which are sourced directly off the boat from the local fishermen within the vicinity of the surrounding area and some are sourced overseas from South China Sea. The buffet is priced at RM 110 nett for adults, RM 80 nett for senior citizens and RM 60 nett for children.
Among the highlights of the buffet are:
- Vast array of seafood available on ice such as yabbies, mussels, crabs, prawns, squids, octopus, bamboo clams and Hokkaido scallops. Eat them fresh, or request the chefs to cook them with Sze Chuan sauce, Spicy Bean sauce or Creamy Garlic sauce.
- Many more seafood such as smoked duck, seafood terrine, sushi, sashimi, prawn bisque with crouton and etc.
- Japanese delights such as Oden claypoy and salmon fish head clay pot.
- Seafood focused main dishes such as motoyaki scallops, herb crusted oysters, yellow curry prawns, steamed mussels with Thai seasoning, tomato rice with seafood.
- Get a plate of Seafood Char Koay Teow or Spicy Penang Hokkien Prawn Noodles!
- The unique invention of Salmon Wellington at craving station.
