It started small for Acupaday, a modest cafe located in the center of Georgetown. Starting business in 2014 with a petite menu, the western fusion cafe has evolved into a full range cafe today, offering various delicacies such as coffee, main dishes, set lunch, homemade desserts and exciting drinks. All these did not come effortless as the owner, Darren demonstrated sheer determination by taking account into customers' feedback and consistently making improvement and invention to their food on a quarterly basis. Being an ardent fan of Vespa, Darren has made Acupaday into a Vespa-themed cafe, showcasing miniature model and merchandise of Vespa from all corners of the world. Acupaday currently operates two outlets, namely in Lebuh Bishop and Solaria Square in Bayan Lepas.

Acupaday may be renowned for a few signature dishes such as Bagel Chicken Rendang and Chicken Chop but they are taking the stakes higher in December 2018 by launching a few new dishes. One of the inspiring dish is Croissant Thailandese Chicken, a fusion dish featuring homemade lobak (meat rolls) sandwiched by croissant and dressed with unique Thai sauce that gives a balanced sweet and spicy filling. If you prefer a less spicy variant, try their Black Pepper Chicken instead.

Another new item making to the menu is Green Curry Seafood Spaghetti. The usage of green curry gives a complex yet alluring taste, yielding a concoction with mixture of spicy, zesty and sweet for the spaghetti noodle. It is then topped with 2 big prawns and some squids, then garnished with some herbs to give it an aromatic end. Besides, for those who love to try an alternative to mushroom soup as starter, then the newly launched Broccoli Soup with earthy flavour is worthy your consideration.

The classic favourite - Salted Egg Crusted Chicken Chop is always one of the top sellers in Acupaday according to Darren. It is specially coated with nacho prior deep frying, giving arise to exceptional crispy skin. The chef has gave a thorough thought to maintain the crispiness of the skin by serving the unique made salted egg chili sauce in a separate dip bowl.
