Pure Vegetarian Food @ Bukit Jambul, Penang

Kompleks Lebuh Nipah has lots of nice and delicious vegetarian food. This Indian vegetarian economy rice stall sells really special and great dishes.

Their super crunchy and succulent drumstick leaf, mango curry, pasta and poori masala were simply awesome. This plate cost RM 3.50.

This plate cost for RM 5.00. Their Papadum was complimentary.

3 dishes with pasta and fried rice for RM 6.00

This cost for RM 4.00. I really enjoy their pasta. The softness of their pasta was perfect, adding on curry to the pasta tasted surprisingly good.

3 dishes for RM 2.50. Notices the reddish fried stuff on the top left? Tauke mixed lots of stuff to fried together which I find it hard to distinguish. I suspected there were enoki mushroom, tomato, bittergout and Indian leaf.

Tauke always very creative on his dishes. Last time I tried, grape yogurt was one of the special dish.

This Pure Vegetarian Food stall is just next to Xiang Yun Vegetarian Hut. There is 'HARE KRSNA' on their signage board. They even have dishes of the day for us to order too. Due to they are pure vegetarian, thus no onion or garlic used for all their dishes.

Xiang Yun Vegetarian Hut info can be referred here.
