Mention about Nasi Kandar, I bet first thing came into your mind would be: "Argghh..how long I have to queue this time?!" Yes, Line clear is one of them and it has one of the best Nasi Kandar in the town and among the famous one since the year 1947. Their signature dishes would be fish head curry, giant tiger prawn, sweet and spicy flower crab. In order to skip the queue, we went at 3 in the morning and of course not much dishes left available.
Thus, we managed to pick up their ayam merah and salty egg with mixed curry sauce by mentioning kuah banjir. Their well balanced curries were so great that making the white rice taste so appetizing out of sudden. Despite lacking of choices of dish at the middle of the night, it's a satiate to have only white rice eat with curries.
Second attempt at dinner hours has more options of dishes. We opted for black chicken, cabbage and kuah banjir. Exception for us with complimentary papadum to serve with.
Line clear has a narrow entrance leading to the alley between the shop lots. It will lead you to their stall and more tables. It's hard to miss their entrance during lunch and dinner hour as the queue would extend through the entrance.
