Canton-i @ Queensbay Mall, Penang

Fans of Dragon-i should be familiar with Canton-i as they are both associated. The interior was serene with the flowery structure and pinky white color themed. They still adopted the open kitchen concept just like Dragon-i but still serving variety of Hong Kong Cuisine differently. Although their signature dish is wanton noodle however we still prefer their congee more.

Starting our meal with Dim Sum of Steamed Golden Egg Yolk Custard Buns (RM 6.80), the steamy hot oozing custard from the soft bun was gratifying.

What I love most of congee is that unlike the Teow Chew or the local porridge, congee are much thicker and creamer. You will hardly find the texture of rice but just the delightfully scent of it in the porridge. We opted for Cuttlefish and Mixed Meat Congee (RM 10.80). However, the you tiao was crunchy but too oily to my liking.

Stuffy Prawn Wontons with Soup (RM 12.80). Although this wasn't the best wontons I have ever tried but definitely sooth my crave for stuffy wonton with fresh prawn.

Vintage Pu-er (RM 5/pax)

There are 6 outlets throughout the Malaysia, you may find them at The Garden, One Utama and Sunway Pyramid in Klang Valley, while one at Johor and another at Ipoh. In Penang, there are two outlets at Queensbay Mall and Paragon respectively.
