The night session at Fu Er Dai has now been transformed into selling Fish Head Noodle and Tom Yam. Many of the fans of the Tom Yam near Penang Chinese Girl School has followed their trail to here since October. The dining space here is big to cater the demand and there is plenty of parking space at the empty lot next to it. For us, it is always wonderful that we can hand pick our favorable extra ingredients to add in our noodle soup or porridge. Yeah, they offers this option here. On top of that, their soup menu are sub-categorized with meat option of pork, deep fried fish or fresh fish. They have also add in new menu including fried rice, fried Maggie and the must-order snack---> Deep Fried Mantis Prawn.

It is unusual to find Milky Soup Bee Hoon in Penang. Their broth seem from the result of hours of simmering with fish bones, where the fish essence nicely blend with the evaporated milk, and addition of mild sour and salty kick from tomato wedges and salted vege respectively. On the other hand, their Tom Yam is more rich in flavour, acceptable in term of spicy level. We bet you can tell from the broth's colour itself. It is brilliant to add in fresh red onion slices to give us a much sharper and astringent pleasure enjoying their Tom Yam. If you are yearning for finger food, try their deep fried mantis prawn. Crunchy edge coated the palatable size of mantis prawn for the price of RM 6 (Medium) and RM 12 (Big)
