U.S. Fries Fiesta was launched on 26th April 2017 by Miss Joani Dong, US Regional Agricultural Attaché for Malaysia, Singapore and Papua New Guinea, collaborating with Penang Chefs Association. The partner for this event were invited to showcase their dishes.
