They serve a variety of fine meat such as Australian Ribeyes on dry ice, Australian striploin, lamb shoulder rolls, , duck meat rolls, chicken fillets, pork shoulders and pork bellies. You could have as much as you like provided your stomach could fit all of it. Just enjoy your dining time by dipping those finely sliced meat into the hot soup for savoury.
Each customer then is provided with 2 oysters. If you were to order more, you have to pay for them.

I have to say I am impressed with their assortment of balls offered to the customers. Some of them are not commonly seen, for instance Alisan Wasabi Meatballs.
The highlight of the day would be their Sesame Mochi. Initially, I was perplexed when being told by my friend to put the Mochi into steamboat soup prior eating but it turned out to be real good. The hot Mochi offers great taste after being boiled in the piping hot bowl and be careful as the filling might squirt!
A variety of condiments are offered at the corner, and feel free to help yourself with Cokes, coffee or the fruit juices. Meanwhile, I missed out to capture the preparation of your signature sauce. To do so, simply:
1. Add sesame sauce
2. Add 1 egg yolk
3. Add chopped shallots and spring onions
4. Add a dash of shichimi to spice up the sauce
Dip your meat into your signature sauce and it will render a smooth tender meat texture for your savoury.
The soup selection is slightly different from the other steamboat restaurant as well. I enjoyed their Sukiyaki and Tonkatsu, while it is hearsay lake salt did offer a very solid taste as well.
There will be a server dressed in general suit walking randomly in the restaurant, seemingly offering the patron some dishes to cheer up the restaurant theme. I enjoyed the spacious and cozy settings of the restaurant and it will not give a crowded feeling.
However, please be noted that during peak hours, all patrons are allowed to sit in for 100 minutes only and you will need to surrender your table after that. Please make sure you have a fast mouth to enjoy as much as you could during the stipulated time.
Besides, you might want to call in advance to secure your seat to prevent disappointment as it really get crowded during certain time!
