Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts announced the launch of The Table by Golden Circle, a new food-and-beverage loyalty programme that offers unparalleled benefits to the members who dine at Shangri-La properties both on the road and nearer to home. This latest initiative has rolled out exclusive offers and rewards during its nine-month "Loyalty Is" anniversary campaign. Through The Table, guest has greater access to exclusive culinary experiences that is far more appealing than the benefit of discounts and points.

The Table
The Table, is an extension privilege to Golden Circle members. It will be fully integrated with Shangri-La award winning Golden Circle loyalty programme and recognise members through achievable redemption. Members will be rewarded with special access to signature food experiences, exclusive events, unique surprises and special offers on top of earning Golden Circle points when dining as non-staying guests.

The culinary experience that has more than just savouring
It was a lovely evening that started with social time at the standing cocktail party set up in the garden next to The Terrace by Garden Cafe. While enjoying cocktails, guests are served with light refreshment that best reflects Golden Circle value and local culture. Before the sun goes off, the fire jugglers wowed the guests with fire performance.
The gastronomy journey began with short trailers showcasing behind-the-scene that leads to the plate served onto the table. It let us have a glimpse of the artisan factors behind the cuisine, and bring a lot more excitement and anticipation on every tasting experience. Upon finishing the 5th course, guests moved on enjoying coffee and praline, then surprised with Zumba dance performance. The whole dining experience is not just about savouring, but with fun and extraordinary experience that leaves memorable moments for guests.

Exciting Culinary Experience - "Feed Your Mood"
Dining in the hotel will no longer been portrayed in the normative way, but exploring the adventurous, and discover through the curated dining experience. Members will find the options categorized under five moods - Intimate, Elegant, Upbeat, Chill and Adventurous.
Intimate
The evening began with "Intimate", Pan Seared Scallop as appetizer. The other end of the plate laid the perfectly smoked salmon wrapping the cheese ball, topped with caviar. Avocado puree, semi-dried tomatoes and honey coriander dressing beautifully platted as garnishment art.
Elegant
Lobster Bisque, elegantly presented with lobster meat chunk sitting on the bread boat. The soup is then poured on the spot, making sure the guest get to savour the warm soup at the perfect temperature while enjoy the crispy bread.
Upbeat
Lemongrass Citrus Sorbet served in the crystal clear ice cube, complimented with apple and dragon fruit salsa. Definitely the Instragrammable dessert for your social media feed.
Adventurous
The evening has come to climax, which is the main course. Australian Beef Rossini was served on that evening, topped with duck liver and glazed with Morel Mushroom sauce, accompanied by potato puree and asparagus.
Chill
Chocolate Fudge, served with Mascarpone cream, crumble and fresh berry. This dessert with edible QR code has brought the evening to another highlight.
