The moment when you walked into the Swez Brasserie, the main restaurant that serves the Ramadan Buffet, the gigantic Kambing Panggang BBQ would definitely catch your attention. It is a must try delicacy in this buffet and best go along with the Biryani rice.
Also, do not miss out the Sup Gearbox Utara and Gulai Kawah Kepala Ikan Salmon. For those who enjoys a spicy taste (just like us), request the chef in charge to dice in extra onion and chili for your Gulai Kawah Kepala Ikan Salmon! Then take a few pieces of bread of the neighbouring bread station then it marks the perfection combination.

Do not be over immersed at the various dishes at hot dishes counter, as more delicacy await at the action counter. Let it be Char Koay Teow, Mee Siam Berkuah or Shawarma Ayam, they are delicious and we yearn more of it, especially the Char Koay Teow but only to be constrained by diet plan.
On a personal preference, we would ask the chef for Char Koay Teow counter to add an extra egg as we thoroughly enjoy it!
