The Light Hotel's Executive Chef, Chef Halim Mohamad and his team took almost 6 months to improvise on the right amount of spices and ingredients that is necessary to create the good curry base for the fish. Freshness of the fish is assured with the supply of fresh seafood daily from market.
Chef too recommended sides dishes such as Prawn Sambal, Golden-fried Giant Squid and Crab Curry compliments very well with the fish head curry too. The comfy dining environment at Spice Brasserie makes it the perfect spot for families and corporate members to celebrate this festive together.
