The wide spread of the buffet food ranging from cold delicacies, hot dishes, seafood on ice, deep-fried varieties, action counters and desserts will be featuring great influence of Chinese dishes. Among the selection of great items here included Steamed Snapper Superior Soy Sauce, Oyster Mushroom Sauce, Wok Fried Seafood with Selection of Sauces (on hot plate or wok), Seafood Tempura, Nestum Prawns Curry Leaves Chili Paddy and etc.
Another thing we enjoyed here is the seafood on ice counter that features oysters, prawns, scallops and mussels, everything available for you to choose. There will be sushi and maki should you prefer to have some Japanese flair too.
