Available in RM 1888 set menu, the Oven Baked Baby Lobster with Vegetarian Ham and Cheese is a true luxury to enjoy. Fresh Australian lobster is used, and it is topped with finely chopped mushrooms, vegetables, and topped with spices and cheese. Though great amount of seasoning was used, the flesh of lobster still can be tasted and it shows a fair balance between weight of the seasoning and lightness from the lobster.
Roasted Spring Chicken with Szechuan hot & spicy sauce from Wishes Set Menu RM 1688 nett

On the other hand, Roasted Spring Chicken with Szechuan hot and spicy sauce is a true reflection of Chinese cuisine. Utilizing spring chickens imported from China, the poultry has underwent a tedious processing - from marinated, air dried, baked then hanged to roast. Then, it is glazed with Szechuan spicy sauce, rendering a flavorful tender meat with right amount of heat component.

A Chinese New Year is never complete without a fish, as Chinese proverb saying "nian nian you yu". The steamed pear grouper is fresh and gives a light taste, and complemented well by the light soya sauce for a more rounded taste.

The Braised Head Abalone with Superior Sea Cucumber and Vegetable uses big abalone - 10 head abalones, and served along with oysters, sea cucumbers, mushrooms and vegetables. Every element of the dishes here are light and tasty.

To give the Chinese New Year feeling, the chef has introduced Deep Fried Chinese New Year Cake (Tikoy) with yam and potatoes, and it is available in all 3 set menu. The Tikoy combination is inspired by the chef's childhood life.

Prosperity Salmon Yee Sang is included in the RM 1688 set menu, where as Abalone and Crispy Fish Shredded Yee Sang is in the RM 1888 menu and the RM 2388 set menu features Abalone with Salmon Yee Sang.
