At Seafood on the Ice section, you are sure to be treated with an array of scrumptious and fresh seafood such as Alaskan Crab Leg, Scallops, Squids, Crayfish and Mussels. Season these seafood with a tad of Lea Perrins Sauce and Tobasco to lift the taste up.
Neighbouring to the seafood on the ice counter is an array of fresh sashimi and sushi. Every item is at your disposal provided your stomach can fit them all.
One of the most interesting counter in the buffet line is the live seafood counter, where you get to experience catching the live seafood - crabs, shells and prawns from the tank alive and pass it to the chef! The chef then will prepare to cook it according to your preferred sauces (choose between 4), and then you will get your delicious plate of seafood platter! Of course, this is not meant for those with faint heart.
