Tiger Garoupa

One of the greatest highlight in this buffet is the bamboo steamed fresh fishes. You get to select the type of catch of the day, ranging from red mullet, Garoupa, Snapper or Seabass, then pair with either Ginger Soya Sauce or Nyonya Sauce. Go ahead and get the Garoupa, those are real fresh and come as a real treat to the palate!

We had it with Nyonya Sauce and it was simply delectable!

On top of that, check out the variety of seafood available on crushed ice section such as Spanner Crab, Tiger Prawn, Half Shell Mussel, Slipper Lobster, Half Shell Scallop, Black Mussels and Flower Crab. There will be grilled seafood section too, featuring Oyster Florentine, Baked Mussels and Gratinated Scallops. If you prefer to get some red meat, there are Roasted Lamb Leg with Grilled Vegetables.

If you like a different variant of seafood, the buffet also features Japanese style food such as Tuna and Salmon Sashimi, along with a great selection of sushi.
