Located inside DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Penang in Batu Feringghi, Teddyville Museum is one of the museum that stood up and offer a fun way to learn the history and various culture of Penang. As the name suggests, Teddyville Museum is Malaysia's first and largest collection of Teddy Bears from various nations and eras. Some of the bears are made as early as 1900s, including the very first batches of teddy bear ever made, to miniature teddies and even human sized ones.
Teddyville Museum is the abode of Mini Penang, where where miniature bears are dressed and placed in small sets that represent the many attractions that Penang has to offer. For instances, you can see the history of establishment of Penang by Captain Francis Light, Hari Raya Celebration, Thaipusam celebration, the renowned local artist P. Ramlee, popular attractions such as Gurney Drive food court or Penang Hill and even the renowned Siam Road Char Koay Teow, which was listed in the top 50 street food in Manila World Street Food Congress 2017 is making his appearance in a bear form!

Feel free to take your time and explore Teddyville Museum. There is a small souvenir shop where you can shop for various teddy bears items toward the end of the museum, and a small corner to take Instagram worthy picture.
Entrance fees to Teddyville Museum for Malaysians or DoubleTree Penang in-house guests is RM 27 per adult, RM 22 per student and RM 15 per children. Meanwhile, a different tier of charge is applicable for normal visitors.
