Even the starters section is putting us into a conundrum on where to begin our gourmet journey. Among those manage to whet our appetite by just having a glance are Semi Cooked Scallops Topped with Herb and Tomato Salsa, Galantine of Turkey with Chesnut Stuffing, Homemade Marinated Salmon Side Fresh Dill and Lemon Wedges and more.
Also present at the start counter are fresh cut of Sushi and Sashimi with condiments.
Should you prefer a different way to enjoy seafood other than freshly cut sashimi, you may dig into the gigantic bowl of seafood on ice, offering the likes such as lobsters, yabbies, mussels, prawns and etc.
After that, get your stomach warm by indulging in a bowl of warm Creamy Smoked Salmon, Leek & Potato soup or the classic French Onion Soup with Crouton.

There are are variety of delectable main courses offered in the buffet spread, and what being shown and mentioned are just a fraction of it. Among them are Fish Cartoccio, Homemade Meatballs, Lamb Osso Bucco with Root Vegetables, Slow Braised Beef with Beans Ragout, Mixed Seafood Lasagna and more.
Of course, not forgetting the star of the Christmas buffet - Roasted Turkey and Oven Baked Rib Eye with Chef Special Marinade. A few variety of sauces are being crafted to cater for your preference, such as cranberry jelly, giblet sauce, black pepper sauce, roasted garlic sauce, mint sauce and rosemarry sauce.
Get some mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, apple chestnut stuffing or saute Bruseels sprouts that go well with either the Turkey or Oven Baked Rib Eye.
Last but not least, be impressed with the array of desserts offered during the buffet. Among the Christmas classics here are Christmas Fruit Cakes, Chocolate Yule Log, Christmas Log Sensations, Ginger Breads and more. At the same time, the pastry chef also dish out some delicious desserts such as Pistachio Opera, Mont Blanc, Creme Bruele, Morello Cherry Gateau, Berries Eclair, Framboise Crunch Feulle Bavaroise and more.
