Kosa Coffee is one of the chic cafe in Saradise Kuching. Unlikely many cafe ventures that offer Arabica Coffee, Kosa Coffee blends premium Arabica and Robusta coffee grown in Vietnam. On top of coffee, the cafe also serves a wide variety of pastry that caught our attention. Its picturesque environment and delectable spread has made here a hotspot to take Instagrammable pictures.
We were here for a quick stop before heading to Borneo Highland Resort, thus there were small bites being ordered only. The texture of Cornetti Honey Butter Croissant (RM 9.90) was lovely - flaky at the exterior with a nice honeycomb air pockets interior, though stronger butter scent would have made the croissant perfect. Meanwhile, Dark Chocolate Truffle cake (RM 15.90) is inspiring too - rich, creamy with smooth texture. Something that appreciated much in quality chocolate cakes.
On the other hand, the Mocha (RM 12.50) here tasted more like Latte instead. Perhaps we should have went for their signature Vietnamese coffee or any other coffee that has traits of Vietnamese coffee traits.
Nevertheless, Kosa Coffee is still notably one of the worthy exploring cafe in Kuching.
