There are simply too many great selections of food being offered in both Shangri-La's Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa and the sister's hotel, Golden Sands Resorts. The list is too long to be quoted, ranging from the a la carte dishes from Spice Market Cafe, aromatic breads from Rasa Deli, Italian pizzas from Sigi's and many more. Recently, the 5-star resort has introduced a new concept - Shang Shack Drive Thru, where you can online order some selections offered by the resort, then drive through and does the food collection. This is a brilliant idea we thought, as we can taste a variety of food offered in different outlet at once. On top of that, dining at home with family members is a better choice due to limitation of gathering nowadays.

To place your order, just go to the ordering website by clicking here. The order is available daily from 11am to 6.30m, last order is at 5.30pm. Order 45 minutes in advance to allow the chefs to have time prepare your delicious meals.
For picking up your orders, arrive at Shangri-La's Rasa Sayang Resort and Spa and follow the signage to Shang Shack. The crew will be there to hand in your order. I like the ideas of they putting instructions on how to handle and care the food back at home, including heating and refrigeration instructions.
Another thing we realised is the food offered via Shang Shack for picking up is relatively lower compared if you dine in! Seize this great opportunity to enjoy delicious food cooked by 5-star resorts chefs.
Well, the quality of food we had via picking up from Shang Shack is on par with dining in. The pizzas are as good as dining in Sigi's, and the local hawker pride Char Koay Teow from Spice Market Cafe is never disappoint, brimming with nice aroma and served along with luxury prawns and squids. On top of thatt, always add the signature homemade banana breads from Rasa Deli to your cart. It is pure satisfaction!
