This Surf & Turf Dinner is beckon to a group of friends or family on the dinner table together. The hotel has put up much inviting food from two reals - seafood & meats, so each person can enjoy different goodies from the buffet line based on the individual preference. No need to get into an arguement like "want to eat seafood zhu char or hawker lok-lok" anymore. 

You can expect to have the usual fares in buffet spread such as salad, assortment of cheese, hams, but look out for the seafood sections! Feed yourself with fresh seafood ranging from tiger prawns, crabs, mussels, scallops, spanner crabs and even baked oysters. By all means, eat all you can!

No feasting enough on seafood yet? Then get some freshly cut sashimi ranging from tuna, salmon or tako. Additionally, the Japanese food section also has other goodies such as edamame, kani, kyurizuke, tamago, chuka hotate and many more. 

Although the Surf & Turf Dinner is full with seafood spread, other mouth-watering dishes are never lacking. Among them are deep fried boneless chicken with lemon sauce, stir fried szechuan eggplant, spaghetti aglio olio, oven baked sweet potatoes and many more. The carving station also offer delicious dishes such has Mongolian chicken, roasted duck and chicken char siew, while live cooking station will be stir frying dishes upon order such as sausages, lamb, chicken and many more.
