Well, the Mediterrenean BBQ Night did churn out a slew of luxury goodies. You will get slipper lobsters, crayfish, scallops, prawns, green mussels and black mussels from the seafood on the ice, and the cold cuts section features Salmon Gravlax, seared Ahi Tuna, smoked duck breast, beef bresaola.
You may consider to start light with some of the antipasto selection such as asparagus, artichoke, grilled halloumi cheese, feta in herb oil or some green salads.
Fret not in case you need a more solid food for your dinner as the hotel has prepared fine hot entree to cater for your needs. Get yourself treated withsome truffle scented mousseline potato, oven baked baby potatoes with herbs, vegetables lasagne, butter glazed seasonal vegetable, roasted root vegetables with pesto and corn on cob.
The Mediterrenean BBQ Night is priced at RM 168 nett per adult and RM 88 nett for children or senior citizen. Add RM 108 nett to enjoy free flow of beers, wines and house pouring spirts, and add RM 208 nett to enjoy free flow of Prosecco.
