Amari SPICE Hotel Penang is introducing its first Ramadan Buffet Dinner, titled Juadah Nostalgia Buffet Dinner in 2023 since its opening in November 2023. The buffet will be hosted at Amaya Food Gallery, the spacious dining hall in the 4th floor of the hotel that can host up to 200 people at one times.

Juadah Nostalgia Buffet Dinner runs from 27 March to 19 April 2023. Led by Executive SOus Chef Yusry Yusoff, the team will be preparing approximately 100 Malaysian favourites and international dishes for you to break fast. Price is at RM 138 nett per adult and RM 98 nett per child or senior citizen. Early bird booking till 20 March will get a 15% discount.
Start the buffet with the light food to break fast with assorted of kurma, cold platters, Aneka Kerabu, cold kitchen of salads, rojak buah-buahan, Pasembor and Gado-Gado. We are personally impressed with the varieties of sauces and condiments which were prepared for the ulam-ulaman. It makes you feel like you are truly enjoying traditional Malay dishes.
The main dishes counter offers Gulai Kawah, Rendang Ayam, Gulai Kambing and more. Over the exterior part of the Amaya Food Gallery hosts a Amari hawkers' stall that offers Shawarma, Kambing Bakar, Ikan Bakar, Grilled Seafood, Grilled Vegetables, Sup Gearbox and more.
Enjoy the main dishes with flavourful biryani or white rice as prepared by the kitchen.
The culinary chef also whipe up an affairs of International and local desserts ranging from assortment of cakes, pastries, kuih-muih, layer cakes, ice kacang, chocolate fountain, Jeruk Pak Ali, ice-cream and a variety of fruits for you.
