All tables will be served with a dual soup pot - chicken clear soup and tomyam soup, to ensure your little kid tagged along with can enjoy while adults who fancy some spicy sensation can indulge too.
Then what you need to do is just find the ingredientst that fit your taste buds to put into the piping hot steambot pot, ranging from a variety of seafood such as crabs, prawns, mussels, bamboo clams, clams, squids, fish and mussels, or the usual steamboat fare such as variety of fish balls, noodles, tofu and eggs.
The varities are vast, and the hotel kithcne team did act fast to refill all the items to ensure everyone can enjoy the freshest ingredients.
At the alfresco area of the The Elementos, the professional chefs were seen busy igniting the fire, grilling batches by batches of delicacies and put them on the buffet trays, only for the diners to grab them within minutes.
Various sauces also have been prepared by the chef to go along with the steamboat, but my favourite is always the Thai green chili sauce.
In case your stomach started to growl before the soup gets boiling, or you came here by skipping your lunch so you could eat more during the dinner. Fret not, as the hotel also prepares a range of ready to eat dishes such as squid ink spaghetti, fried wantons and etc so you can grab and go.
Unlike conventional steamboat, the Seaside Sizzle Steamboat & BBQ Grill Buffet also features a range of desserts and fruits.
